300level Screening Exercise Requirements and Timetable

All 300level students are to provide the following for documents for verification;
1). Letter of Admission from JAMB/UNILORIN
2). Evidence of transfer from University if Internal Faculty Transfer (Transfer students only)
3). Notification of UME Scores
4). Original Certificate of SSCE or GCE (O'level used)
5). Statement of Results or IJMB or Teacher's Grade II
6). Student School Identity Card
7). Original Current Session Registration Form (Course form)
8). Clearance Certificate
9). Change of Course Receipt (COC) if any

English                                 - 25th - 26th April, 2017
History                                 - 27th - 28th April, 2017
Linguistics                           - 29th April, 2017
Performing Arts                   - 1st - 2nd May, 2017
Religions                              - 3rd May, 2017

Venue: Phonetics Laboratory
Time: 10:00am to 3:00pm everyday

Failure to appear leads to deferment with prescribed fees payable till next Academic session.
